New for 2012. The Ares line provides the convenience of clinchers at the weight and speed of tubulars. The Ares6 is the ultimate all-carbon clincher wheel set for any athlete. It combines the aerodynamic benefits of a deep section wheel with the weight and performance of much lower profile wheels, making it a top choice wheel set for road racers, time trials and triathletes alike.
The all-carbon Ares6 rim is designed for our low paired spoke count, while the brake track is coated to withstand the heat generated from braking and each Ares6 wheel set comes with specially developed brake pads that minimize the heat buildup while providing optimum stopping performance. The Ares6 can also be purchased as individual wheels so you can create the combination of front and rear wheel that best suits you.
